Abstract

Laporan praktik kerja magang ini membahas tentang kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilakukan penulis selama melakukan praktik kerja magang di dalam divisi Marketing Communication di Omni Hospitals, Alam Sutera. Seiring dengan semakin berkembangnya industri kesehatan diikuti dengan keinginan masyarakat atau harapan masyarakat yang juga semakin tinggi akan industri tersebut, maka dari itu persaingan di bidang industri kesehatan pun semakin meningkat. Maka dari itulah, industri kesehatan di zaman modern ini sudah mulai aware dengan pentingnya fungsi dan peran Public Relations (PR) untuk meyakinkan dan membangun kepercayaan masyarakat dengan pihak Rumah Sakit dan target yang dituju. Di Omni Hospitals, Perusahaan mempunyai divisi Marketing Communication yang menjalankan peran Public Relations. Sebagai Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa, divisi Marketing Communication berperan penting dalam pembentukan citra dan publisitas yang positif untuk Omni Hospitals. Penerapan Marketing Communication yang dijalankan Omni Hospitals seperti event dan media relations. Kata Kunci: public relations, media relations, public relations writing.
