Abstract
Customer service is still not optimal because customer service cannot serve customers simultaneously at a time. The way to customer service at Elang Medika Corpora Hospital can serve more customers simultaneously is with one of the technologies that is currently developing is chatbot. Development chatbot using the PHP programming language and MySql database using a method of matching certain patterns in the database, so that chatbots can receive messages and can reply to messages directly. With the software development methodology used is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model that can assist in making chatbots. The results of this chatbot research have been successfully built according to the design that has been made with the results of user acceptance test for testing chatbot Elang Medika Corpora hospital success rate of 100% and chatbot questionnaire results can help
