Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh potential quality terhadap business success, process quality terhadap business success dan outcome quality terhadap business success PT. XYZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada 15 responden PT. XYZ. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan kausal dengan metode non-probability sampling dan teknik judgemental sampling. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dan diolah menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) software SMARTPLS 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari process quality terhadap business success, serta pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari outcome quality terhadap business success.
