Abstract

Software as a Service (SaaS) merupakan model bisnis yang banyak diminati oleh perusahaan kecil karena biaya operasional yang lebih murah. Human resource information system (HRIS) merupakan layanan yang dibutuhkan oleh seluruh perusahaan. Maka diperlukan suatu website platform HRIS sebagai SaaS untuk perusahaan kecil yang belum mempunyai HRIS sendiri. Dalam pengembangan website dibutuhkan teknik pengumpulan requirement untuk mencegah kegagalan pembangunan. Proses model spiral merupakan teknik pengumpulan requirement secara progresif yang dapat diadaptasi pada lingkungan Kompas Gramedia. Pembangunan website menggunakan PHP framework Code Igniter. Tingkat penerimaan pengguna terhadap website diukur menggunakan metode UTAUT dan menghasilkan persentase sebesar 86% pada aspek performance expectancy, 70,6% pada aspek effort expectancy, 87% pada aspek attitude toward using technology, 77,3% pada aspek facilitating conditions, 58,6% pada aspek anxiety, dan 92% pada behavioral intention aspek.
