Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi pola konsumsi masyarakat dalam menikmati musik sekarang telah mengalami pergeseran. Saat ini orang lebih cenderung untuk memilih menggunakan musik digital dibandingkan dengan media musik fisik seperti cd dan kaset. Layanan streaming musik online berbayar mulai menjadi pilihan utama untuk mendengarkan musik. Salah satu perusahaan yang menyediakan layanan streaming musik online berbayar adalah Joox dengan lanyanan premium Joox VIP. Ada pun tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah willingness to pay pada Joox VIP dipengaruhi oleh perceived benefit, free mentality, dan perceived sacrifice melalui attitude toward paying
