Abstract

Teknologi yang semakin maju dan berkembang menjadikan smartphone sebagai teknologi yang wajib dimiliki oleh setiap orang. Banyaknya jenis smartphone di pasar membuat orang menjadi kesulitan dalam memilih smartphone yang sesuai dengan kriteria mereka. Untuk membantu orang dalam memilih smartphone yang sesuai, maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem rekomendasi. Metode simple multi atribute rating technique merupakan salah satu algoritma yang biasa digunakan dalam sistem rekomendasi. Metode ini bekerja dengan cara menentukan nilai bobot untuk setiap kriteria, lalu melakukan proses perankingan alternatif smartphone yang ada dan di pilih beberapa alternatif terbaik. Beberapa alternatif terbaik yang telah dipilih diharap dapat membantu pengguna sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk memilih smartphone. Perancangan sistem menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP berbasis website yang dibangun menggunakan HTML, CSS, dan Javascript. Media penampung data menggunakan database MySQL. Dengan hasil pengujian reabilitas kuesioner sebesar 72.5% dan kepuasaan pengguna sebesar 87.33%
