Abstract

Lauw Bakery merupakan salah satu produsen roti tertua di Indonesia yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 1940. Ciri khas dari Lauw Bakery adalah masih menjajakan produknya dengan gerobak keliling dan masih menjual roti Tradisional seperti roti Gambang dan roti buaya. Namun perusahaan ini mulai kehilangan brand awareness nya dimasyarakat dan mulai mengalami perubahan target pasar menjadi menengah kebawah yang dikarenakan banyaknya produsen roti sejenis yang lebih modern dan lebih memanfaatkan media promosi. Hal tersebut membuat penulis ingin melakukan rejuvenating brand terhadap Lauw Bakery agar dapat meningkatkan brand awareness nya kembali dan menaikan penjualan.
