Abstract

Dalam dunia modifikasi motor, masih banyak orang yang tidak tahu tentang aturan pemerintah tentang modifikasi. Tetapi ada juga yang mengerti aturan pemerintah tentang modifikasi namun mereka menghiraukan aturan tersebut karena mereka seperti terbatasi kereatifitas dibidang modifikasi motor. Dari fenomena tersebut penulis ingin membuat aturan pemerintah lebih diketahui oleh pecinta motor modifikasi dan terlihat lebih menarik supaya mereka yang menegerti aturan namun menghiraukan aturan tersebut mengikuti aturan pemerintah.
