Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah penulis ingin mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh dari Knowledge Management Processes terhadap Supply Chain Performance melalui moderator IT/IS Support, Supply Chain Intergration dan Supply Chain Strategy di PT Jalur Nugraha Ekakulir JNE. Penelitian ini, merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dimana peneliti memberikan kuisioner kepada objek penelitian. Data diolah dengan menggunakan software SMARTPLS, dan sebelum diolah ke software peneliti mengolah terlebih dahulu hasil kuisioner dengan cara yang sesuai dengan jurnal utama yang dijadikan acuan peneliti. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa H1, H2 dan H3 berpengaruh positif atau bisa dibilang diterima hasil dari uji hipotesisnya. Sedangkan H4 tidak berpengaruh positif atau bisa dibilang ditolak hasil dari uji hipotesisnya.
