Abstract

The internship was conducted at Febrian Kwarto – CPA Center Accounting Services Firm. The positioned in Febrian Kwarto Accounting Services Firm as an internship accountant who under the guidance from Mr. Febrian Kwarto as a managing partner, Mrs. Rani Widiastuti as a senior accountant and Mrs. Ayu Windasari as a junior accountant. The tasks that had been given during internship were made sales invoice; purchase invoice; new database about item code and the vendor number, entry purchase order and item received; purchase return; entry bank receipt to the general ledger; outgoing bank receipt to general ledger; outgoing bank receipt to payment; evidence of PPh Pasal 23 deduction to receipts, made recapitulation sales data and discount, and did recapitulation and reconciliation PPN between on SPT and Accurate. All of the tasks could be executed properly, but there are constraints found in several tasks. Constraints are the item codes and vendor number. on the item received data were not found in the accurate database and often disconnected in the network cable on my laptop to the supervisor’s laptop. However, they can be solved by making new database about item code and vendor number that had been approved by the senior accountant and junior accountant.
