Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu elemen yang patut diperhatikan mengingat pertingnya peranan sumber daya manusia dalam memajukan perusahaan. Penyeleksian calon pegawai perlu dilakukan secara teliti untuk menemukan kandidat terbaik mengingat kualifikasi yang dimiliki oleh tiap kandidat beragam. Dalam penelitian ini, dibangun sistem yang dapat membantu perusahaan dalam melakukan penyeleksian terhadap calon pegawai. Metode simple additive weighting digunakan untuk perankingan kandidat serta memberikan dasar perhitungan yang objektif bagi tiap kandidat. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba yang dilakukan terhadap sistem, tingkat keakuratan rata – rata yang dicapai adalah sebesar 88%.
