Abstract

In apprenticeship practices conducted by the author for the position of Human Capital Talent Management which focuses on evaluating and conducting employee career data transactions at PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk. Work practices are carried out for 60 working days. PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk is engaged in automotive and non-automotive financing companies, the company was founded in 1982, centered on BFI Tower - Sunburst CBD Lot 1.2, Jl. Cap. Soebijanto Djojohadikusumo BSD City, South Tangerang 15322 - Indonesia. During this internship, the authors learned that after obtaining KSA (Knowledge, Skills and Attitude) it will be processed through the preparation of KPI (Key Performance Indicator) so it is important in a company or organization to obtain reliable resources or have talents that are in accordance with what is needed by the company so that PT BFI Finance Indonesia has an assessment through Job Grade and Personal Grade. Job Grade, where the two assessments are used namely to measure the level of work positions such as staff, officers and specialists and supervisors and junior managers. Whereas Personal Grade is used to measure the suitability of employee competencies.
