Abstract

Oleh: Roy Andika Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti bagaimana strategi dan program-program employee relations PT XYZ serta peran employee relations dalam mempertahankan loyalitas karyawan generasi milenial di PT XYZ. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dengan studi kasus dan paradigma postpositivism. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan narasumber maupun data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT XYZ melakukan berbagai program employee relations seperti pemberian kompensasi dan benefit, menunjang program kesehatan dan kesejahteraan karyawan, memberikan hak cuti tahunan, memberikan pelatihan, menyelenggarakan office event, hingga menyediakan area relaksasi dan area hiburan. Program employee relations yang dilakukan oleh PT XYZ telah terbukti memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan generasi milenial dan keterikatan karyawan atas perusahaan. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari hasil wawancara dengan narasumber bahwa kegiatan employee relations yang diberikan manajemen mampu meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan generasi milenial di PT XYZ.
