Abstract
Property industry is currently experiencing rapid development. In the midst of the intense competition of property companies, PT Hong Kong Kingland as a relatively new developer must find an effective and efficient strategy in marketing its products so they can compete with large developers. One of the strategies used is integrated marketing communication, this strategy is used to communicate messages in all marketing channels that are integrated with each other so thats it reaches well in the hands of the stakeholders. But the most dominant strategy used is the event to increase visitor traffic and build brand awareness. The author is interested in studying the activities and role of marketing communication at PT Hong Kong Kingland. While carrying out internship practices, the author learns about managing events in the marketing communication division ranging from pre-event, event to post event in property companies by paying attention to time management so that they are well organized according to the goals set at the beginning. Another thing that I get is a way to write a structured news through a press release.
