Abstract
Penulis melakukan praktik kerja magang di salah satu perusahaan distributor IT Indonesia yaitu, PT ACA Pacific. PT ACA Pacific adalah perusahaan distributor bernilai tambah yang berasal dari Australia dan kemudian membuka cabang di Asia, salah satunya Indonesia. Selama proses praktik kerja magang, penulis memiliki jabatan sebagai content creator sekaligus editor dibawah divisi digital marketing. Selama praktik kerja magang, penulis banyak mendapatkan pengalaman serta ilmu yang dapat penulis aplikasikan pada kemudian hari, baik dari bagaimana caranya bersikap yang baik saat bekerja, bekerja dengan berbagai macam orang yang mempunyai latar belakang berbeda sebagai tim, cara berkomunikasi yang baik, bekerja dibawah tekanan, serta berpikiran kritis di situasi yang sulit.
