Abstract

The objective of this Industrial Placement program is to increase the skill of the writer in food and beverage, especially in Bakery Department. The program has been started since January 2020 into July 2020. The program is very important for the writer because writer can thoroughly practice in Hotel Industry and get many experiences such as set up a breakfast and dinner, make products, and work with team. This report is written as partial fulfillment in the course curriculum and hopefully can give detail information about what activities are performed or how the real industry works for readers. Some problems happened during the Industrial Placement program such as different language accent, over working t ime. However, the problem can be solved by talking to supervisor, and learning about local language. More about the report, it contains the details workflow during the Industrial Placement. The document depicts all the details activities done during the Industrial Placement from January 2020 to March 2020. This information can be a reference for Industrial Placement program in the campus.
