Abstract

Multimedia Nusantara University has a requirement for every student to graduate in the Internship course. Therefore, the authors conducted an Internship at PT. Trimaxindo Semesta Abadi to fulfill this course. The author did an internship at PT. Trimaxindo Semesta Abadi for 45 working days. There is a lot of experience that the author gets after doing an internship at PT. Trimaxindo Semesta Abadi. The company PT. Trimaxindo Semesta Abadi is a company that focuses on developing information technology products and solutions for many segments, such as universities, government agencies, transportation and logistics service companies, and industrial lifestyle. PT. Trimaxindo Semesta Abadi which focuses on providing consulting services for the development of matters related to technological advances where it has many clients with various needs and requests in order to simplify and simplify business processes by utilizing technological advances. Seeing the importance of optimal application in business process management in companies, the authors want to conduct research on performance in business process management. The author is interested in identifying the performance of business process management at PT. Trimaxindo Semesta Abadi. Because the authors feel managing business processes is an important thing which can affect the output of company performance.
