Abstract

Industrial Placement Program is a requirement for students to finish their study, this industrial placement started since 15th January 2020 – 15th July 2020, at this time the writer placed in Food and Beverage Production of Novotel Tangerang. The goal of this training program is for increase the skill and to giving the student of the reality when work in hotel later. During the program the writer is placed in main kitchen as a trainee in main kitchen the writer also got an opportunity learn to prepare a la carte menus. There were a lot of experiences can learn and implement. This report for complete standard curriculum in University. Hopefully with his report can help the junior for giving the line out when they go to industrial placement later in Food Production Department.
