Abstract
Internship was conducted at KKP Edy Gunawan which is a tax consulting office. Positions for internship contained in the tax service. There were some task that have been done during the internship, for example, input purchasing journals for PT. AAA, input selling journals for PT. KKK, create a recapitulation of Surat Pemberitahuan Masa PPh pasal 21 and pasal 25 for PT. HHH for period Januari until April 2013, type in Surat Setoran Pajak (SSP) PPh pasal 25, PPh pasal 21, PPh pasal 4 ayat 2 for several individual taxpayers and corporate taxpayers, report of Surat Pemberitahuan Masa PPN for PT. MMM for period June 2013 at Pratama Tax Office Tigaraksa. During the internship, there were some constraints related to input selling journals task. For examples, there were some of goods has not yet listed in database (Excel), so there were uncompleted journal codes in General Ledger for PT. KKK. The solutions are ask for the goods categories and make a new journal codes in General Ledger.
