Abstract

Perawatan kuku merupakan salah satu hal penting yang dilakukan untuk menjaga kesehatan manusia. Namun, perawatan kuku yang salah juga dapat berakibat buruk bagi kesehatan manusia. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, wanita merawat kuku dengan memanjakannya di salon, dan beberapa dari mereka menggambar kukunya dengan berbagai motif atau yang dikenal dengan nail art. Popularitas nail art menyebabkan berkembang pesatnya salon nail art di Indonesia. Namun, tidak semua nail technician mengetahui dan memahami perawatan kuku yang baik dan benar, umumnya hal tersebut terjadi pada nail technician. Ketidakpahaman nail technician terhadap perawatan kuku yang benar dapat merusak permukaan kuku pelanggan dan dapat menyebabkan bakteri masuk jika perawatan tidak steril.
