Abstract

Pengembangan sistem dalam suatu perusahaan ataupun instansi merupakan keputusan strategis yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas, efektivitas serta efisiensi kerja dari para penggunanya. Keterlibatan pengguna selama masa pengembangan serta kepuasan pengguna atas sistem yang dikembangkan merupakan faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja dari sistem terkait.
