Abstract
Technology development and its implementation can bring convenience to humans’ daily activities. One of those activities is online transaction. More online transactions are now being held along with the development of features on websites, which simplify those transactions process and accessible by anyone. A good website surely has an application or module which is useful to run every transactions. One of the main point of an online transaction is how a web developer develop a module or application, be it from its functions or other support features. Online transactions are also being implemented in ticket booking and sales. E-ticketing is one of the solution which can be implemented as a module within a website. Therefore a research to analyze and develop plugin in WordPress will be done. Research process will be done in stages. First will be researching and observation of related theories. Next, the making of framework for plugin and preparing two main features, which is ticket-booking notifications through email and Cloud SMS Gateway. Notifications through SMS Gateway will serve as communication between users and system to help system automatically process received requests. Hopefully, through this research, the development of this plugin, which is never seen before in WordPress, will be useful and valued.
