Abstract
To become a successful company that can compete in the market, every firm will do all necessary act to provide the greatest products and services to consumers. Reverse Logistics is a process of raw material flow that manages products from the customer back to the producers for refilling or recycling, and it is one of service that organizations can give. Company must be able to perform a good business process in Reverse Logistics activities as a form of responsibility given to consumers. If not managed properly, Reverse Logistics can provide large costs to the company. Therefore, a company must be able to create a good Reverse Logistics business process to provide a form of responsibility to consumers and also avoid large costs. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of Factors Influencing Product Return Forecasting to Product Return Forecasting Accuracy, and Product Return Forecasting Accuracy to Reverse Logistics Economic, Environmental, and Social Performance. This quantitative research was conducted in PT. Tsamarot Indonesia. For research testing, the authors used the SmartPLS software tools. This study finds that Factors Influencing Product Return Forecasting give a positive impact on Reverse Logistic Performance such as Economic, Environment, and Social. But the Factors Influencing Product Return Forecasting depends on the Accuracy of Forecasting to give the positive impacts on Reverse Logistic Performance.
