Abstract

The internship was conducted at Erly Salie Online Accounting and Tax Consultant in accounting division. During the internship, the task performed were inputting product units, making recapitulation of sales invoice, matching the amount of inventory, inputting the assets to e-SPT program, matching the receivable amount, inputting the the proof of withholding income tax 23, making sales journal and inputting the purchase order. There were problems when internship, that was lack of unit data, lack of description on assets causes confusion in determining the asset category, When inputting withholding income tax 23, there was proof of double income tax 23 deduction, when inputting sales journal, there were several sales journals that were unit figures the product didn’t not exist so the unit price of the goods becomes incorrect, when making recapitulation the sales invoice, there were different transactions but have the same invoice number. The company suggested the clients to give the complete data, and also not double data.
