Abstract

The internship was conducted at PT Luna Boga Narayan (Kopi Janji Jiwa & Jiwa Toast) in finance, accounting, and tax department. During the internship, the tasks performed were invoice and petty cash recapitulation; expenses and stock actual input to Accurate; sales revenue input from Moka to Excel; item transferred report; stock opname; stock adjustment; status update of receiving goods in Accurate; COGS calculation; material usage variance analysis; COGS and stock actual revise. During the internship, most of the tasks could be executed properly. Although there were some constraint found, for examples limited access to Accurate and Moka’s account; delay process of stock opname; insufficient inventory form and stock opname report; discrepancy item names between Accurate, stock opname report, and COGS file. For solutions, office e-mail was made by supervisor to access Accurate and Moka account; stock opname for other outlet; makes inquiries about insufficient document; prepare note due to name difference.
