Abstract

The Industrial Placement aims to increase the writer’s knowledge and skill in the Housekeeping Department. The location of the Industrial Placement is the dormitory of Universitas Multimedia Nusantara at Gading Serpong, Tangerang. It started from 7th July 2020 and ended on 23rd October 2020. The Dormitory provides the resident a place to stay near the campus. It facilities the student lounge, laundry, and cafeteria. The writer had to maintain cleanliness in the dormitory area as part of the job description given from the manager. This report contains the details about the facilities, job description, and suggestions for the dormitory. The writer hopes this report can be useful for the readers. Furthermore, the reports contain the details of rules and regulations during the Industrial Placement Program. The report describes the details about activities during the Industrial Placement Program. The writer hopes this report can be a reference for juniors who wants to do an Industrial Placement Program in this Dormitory.
