Abstract
Industrial placement is one of the requirements for a Diploma Degree to accomplish the study program. This industrial placement aims for the students to acquire knowledge and experience in real work experience. The industrial placement was held in UMN Dormitory from July 7, 2020 until October 23, 2020. The writer chose housekeeping department for the industrial placement program. The UMN Dormitory provides the place for the industrial placement as a replacement for the industrial placement program in a hotel. UMN Dormitory has facilities which are similar to hotels. There are rooms filled with bed, cupboard, chair, bathroom, and lobby also. Through this Industrial Placement Program, the writer experience some problems while working as a housekeeper in UMN Dormitory, however the writer learns to resolve all the problem. This industrial placement is very useful for all the students to develop skills in real industry.
