Abstract

Industrial Placement is a program that must be achieved by hospitality students at the Nusantara Multimedia University. Industrial placements are carried out twice, namely in semesters 3 and 6. This aims to provide students with experience regarding the world of work. This is the first industrial placement for the writer. The writer runs this program in Universitas Multimedia Nusantara dormitory and becomes the housekeeping department. The author is very grateful because with the dormitory, the author can still carry out his industrial placement during this pandemic. As well as during industrial placement, writers get a lot of lessons and experiences in the dormitory. Such a problem that the writer is able to solve. And the writer hope that this Industrial Placement report is to provide various kinds of information that students have gone through about how to do the apprenticeship process. And can provide a reference or a reference to the reader.
