Abstract

Genre film horor merupakan salah satu genre film yang laris dan memiliki banyak peminatnya. Namun dari sekian banyak film horor yang dibuat, hanya beberapa yang dapat menyentuh status film horor legendaris. Sebut saja The Exorcist (1973), Sinister (2012) dan The Conjuring (2013). Ketiga film ini dapat mencapai status film horor legendaris karena dapat membuat ketakutan secara efektif. Ketakutan tersebut dapat efektif karena menggunakan teori lima komponen rasa takut. Berlandasan dari teori tersebut penulis mencoba mengimplementasikannya pada naskah yang penulis tulis. Dengan mengimplementasikan teori ini penulis berharap dapat membuat suatu naskah horor yang menyeramkan.
