Abstract

Golden Bakery adalah salah satu toko roti di Lubuklinggau yang berdiri pada tahun 2010, dan sudah lebih dari 11 tahun menjual berbagai jenis kue dan roti di Lubuklinggau. Namun, dari penelitian FGD dan kuesioner yang telah dilakukan, masih banyak terjadi mispersepsi di masyarakat Lubuklinggau. Padahal, branding yang tepat dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap brand. Maka, profit Golden Bakery terus menurun, ditambah dengan perubahan target market menjadi kalangan remaja akhir. Untuk memperbaiki kasus salah persepsi ini, maka dilakukan rebranding dengan menggunakan berbagai teori desain dan branding dari buku Design Basics, Graphic Design Solutions, The Element of Photography, dan Designing Brand Identity. Lalu, dilakukan juga metode penelitian berupa metode campuran, yaitu observasi, wawancara, FGD, dan kuesioner.
