Abstract

Masyarakat di Indonesia saat ini telah menjadikan internet sebagai salah satu kebutuhan sehari-hari. Hal ini terlihat dari jumlah pengguna internet di Indonesia yang terus mengalami peningkatan E-wallet menjadi salah satu inovasi teknologi finance yang menggunakan internet untuk dapat digunakan. Sakuku merupakan salah satu E- wallet yang dikeluarkan oleh Bank Central Asia (BCA). Pada tahun 2019 Sakuku berada diposisi ke-7 dari 10 E-wallet terbaik di Indonesia, namun pada tahun 2020 Sakuku turun menjadi peringkat ke-9. Oleh karena itu penulis ingin melihat pengaruh Mobility, Customization, Reputation, Security, Trust in the platform, dan Perceived Risk terhadap Continuance Intention. Dengan kriteria responden yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yang mengetahui dan menggunakan aplikasi Sakuku. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan mengolah data menggunakan SPSS versi 26 dan SmartPLS 3. Adapun, teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah nonprobability dan judgemental sampling dengan ukuran sampel sebesar 139. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Mobility, Security, Reputation, Customization berpengaruh terhadap Trust in the platform¸ Perceived Risk berpengaruh secara negatif terhadap Continuance Intention, Trust in the Platform berpengaruh secara positif Continuance Intention, dan Trust in the Platform berpengaruh secara negatif terhadap Perceived Risk.
