Abstract

Ekstraksi Ribonucleic Acid (RNA) merupakan salah satu tahapan dalam proses mengidentifikasi Covid-19 dengan metode Reverse Trasncription Polymerse Chain Reaction (RT-PCR). Uji RT-PCR sangat dibutuhkan karena akurasi dalam mengi- dentifikasi Covid-19 terbilang tinggi. PT. PHARINDO yang bergerak di bidang lab- oratorium sedang mengembangkan website Econolab untuk memudahkan karyawan perusahaan dan juga dokter dalam memproses uji RT-PCR. Pada kerja magang ini mengembangkan fitur Batch Ekstraksi pada website Econolab seperti menampilkan data ekstraksi menggunakan Restful API, lalu fitur add, edit, delete dan konfirmasi selesai ekstraksi dengan library Flutter berbasis Dart. Hasil dari pengembangan fi- tur Batch Ekstraksi dapat membantu perusahaan menjalankan proses uji RT-PCR dan menggunakan fitur Batch Ekstraksi dengan baik.
