Abstract
PT. Kusuma Sampurna Mulia merupakan perusahaan yang beregerak di bidang kesehatan khususnya kecantikan. Lini bisnis PT. Kusuma Sampurna Mulia terbagi menjadi empat pokok brand yaitu Kusuma Beauty Clinic, Kristie Aesthetic Klinik, Damia Beauty, dan Cbakes Café. PT. Kusuma Sampurna Mulia berdiri sejak tahun 1999 dan mengusung tagline "Percayakan Cantikmu" yang memiliki visi unutk dapat terus merawat kecantikan perempuan Indonesia dengan misi utama yaitu memberikan pelayanan terbaik from head-to-toe degan standar dokter SpKK. Dalam perjalanannya peranan digital marketing baru mulai digencarkan pada masa kepemimpinan dr. Christopher Damianus, M.B.A., Sp. KK., pada tahun 2018 sehingga harapannya dengan menggunakan digital marketing dapat meningkatkan brand awareness dari PT. Kusuma Sampurna Mulia.
