Abstract

Dalam proses kerja magang marketing di bagian marketing & sales di PT.TCC, penulis melakukan berbagai hal pekerjaan seperti mengumpulkan data customer, membuat purchasing order melalu email, membuat penawaran produk dan proses dealing ke customer, melakukan negosiasi dengan customer, melakukan customer engagement, meminta feedback, dan membuat invoice pembelian barang Dengan pemahaman dasar teori marketing hingga cara mempromosikan disertai pengembangan dari berbagai sisi di dalam perusahaan, diharapkan marketing di PT.TCC dapat lebih meningkatkan proses marketing dan lebih digitalisasi yang akan berdampak kepada perkembangan perusahaan
