Abstract

Monitor komputer merupakan hal yang diperlukan komputer untuk untuk menampilkan data secara grafis dan juga menampilkan video yang sudah di proses oleh CPU. Kebutuhan monitor yang meningkat di era pandemi Covid-19 membuat penjualan monitor meningkat pesat. Banyaknya tipe dan jenis monitor yang beredar di pasaran membuat penggguna kesulitan untuk memilih monitor yang tepat. Maka dari itu dibuatnya sistem rekomendasi monitor komputer untuk memudahkan pengguna memilih monitor komputer sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan juga keinginannya. Sistem rekomendasi ini menggunakan metode Weighted Product dan berbasis website yang dibuat dengan bahasa php dan framework Laravel. Sistem yang sudah ada dievaluasi menggunakan End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna dan mendapat hasil akhir sebanyak 85.90% yang berartikan bahwa pengguna sangat setuju dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa rancang bangun sistem rekomendasi monitor komputer berbasis web menggunakan metode Weighted Product ini berhasil dilakukan.
