Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tata kelola Teknologi Informasi pada PT Nengcook Kuliner Cantika yang menggunakan sistem dari pihak ketiga yaitu Sistem Operasi web-based bernama Jurnal untuk menjalankan proses bisnisnya. Dalam pelaksanaannya, masih ada beberapa kendala seperti kesalahan input ke sistem, selisih pada stok, keterlambatan input ke sistem, dan strategi dalam melakukan transaksi. Penelitian akan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data melalui wawancara dan kuesioner. Hasil dari wawancara dan kuesioner tersebut akan diolah menggunakan teori COBIT 5 sebagai framework (kerangka kerja) untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap sistem IT yang ada pada perusahaan dengan domain: EDM03, APO12, APO13, dan BAI09. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap proses purchasing dan storage dengan menggunakan framework COBIT 5.0, adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu memberikan sebuah saran atau masuk terhadap proses pada divisi purchasing dan storage akan menjadi lebih sempurna.
