Abstract

The exploration plans to decide the process duration and effectiveness of the cardboard creation line at significant producers in Indonesia. In the ongoing creation line condition, with the idea of time study, it was found a bottleneck in stacking position components where the process duration per representative arrives at 658.28 seconds per container. How much work on each component of work is viewed as high and wasteful. The outcome displayed after some cycle improvement utilizing the line adjusting strategy, Just-in-Time, and ECRS hypothesis, the proficiency rate could be improved from 19.97% to 38.56%.
