Abstract

Monarchy Bistro merupakan salah satu bistro yang berlokasi di Jalan Pajajaran Indah, Bogor. Bistro ini menjual berbagai macam makanan berat dan makanan ringan. Dengan mengambil tema industrial minimalis. Monarchy Bistro memerlukan media promosi untuk meningkatkan penjualan mereka dengan memperluas calon konsumen ke kalangan pekerja khususnya di jam teatime, dikarenakan penjualan mereka belum mendapatkan hasil yang mereka inginkan. Dari hasil observasi Monarchy Bistro itu sendiri sudah memiliki media promosi berupa sosial media yang belum tepat kepada target penjualanya. Dikarenakan sosial media hanya menarik kaum muda. Promosi efektif yang digunakan pihak Monarchy ialah personal selling. Namun mereka belum mempunyai media yang tepat. serta bagimana calon konsumen dapat mengetahui apa yang di tawarkan Monarchy. Yaitu dengan adanya perancangan promosi untuk Monarchy Bistro.
