Abstract

Masa pandemi Covid-19 yang begitu panjang membuat kita harus hidup berdampingan dengan virus Covid-19 atau yang dinamai Severe Acure Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 ( SARS-CoV-2). Berdampingan hidup dengan Virus Covid-19 tidaklah mudah, kita harus membuat dan mematuhi protokol Covid-19 agar tidak terjangkit virus ini. Begitu juga dengan industri perfilman, dikarenakan efek pandemi yang membuat naik daunya web series sehingga banyaknya permintaan pembuatan, sehingga banyak production house yang memberanikan diri untuk produksi ditengah pandemi. Produksi yang ada disiasati oleh protokol Covid-19 yang harus disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masing-masing produksi sesuai dengan production budget yang ada. Penulis disini meneliti bagaimana adanya pengaruh protokol Covid-19 terhadap penyusunan production budget, penulis meneliti lewat metode kualitatif dengan cara observasi dan wawancara terhadap objek penelitian yang terdapat pada web series "12 Hari" . disini penulis ingin meneliti faktor- faktor yang berasal dari protokol Covid-19 apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi production budget, agar kedepanya hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan dalam penyusunan production budget. Penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa protokol Covid-19 dapat menyebabkan membengkaknya production budget oleh faktor-faktor yang tidak dapat diprediksi.
