Abstract

Es krim Baltic adalah es krim yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 1939. Mengusung konsep klasik, Baltic menjawab kerinduan konsumen setianya yang kebanyakan berasal dari usia tua. Seiring berjalannya waktu, Baltic tetap bertahan dengan mengandalkan kekuatan word to mouth dan direct marketing kepada orang-orang kantor sebagai sarana mempromosikan produknya. Hal ini membuat Baltic kurang dikenal oleh masyarakat usia muda, dimana Indonesia didominasi oleh masyarakat usia muda. Dengan melakukan pendekatan yang sesuai, diharapkan Baltic dapat dikenal oleh masyarakat usia muda.
