Abstract

Dapur Roti Bu Haryati merupakan toko roti yang berasal dari Yogyakarta. Dapur Roti Bu Haryati berdiri sejak tahun 1990 dan masih bertahan sampai sekarang dan Dapur Roti Bu Haryati telah memiliki banyak loyal customer. Dapur Roti Bu Haryati ingin mengubah brand positioning yang dimilikinya dari toko roti biasa menjadi toko roti oleh-oleh dari Yogyakarta tetapi identitas merek yang dimiliki sekarang belum bisa menunjukan brand positioning yang diinginkan. Selain itu terdapat masalah juga dalam identitas merek Dapur Roti Bu Haryati seperti brandmark yang diambil dari internet, pictorial koki pada logo yang tidak memiliki relevansi gender dengan nama merek, dan pengaplikasian warna serta tipografi pada identitas merek yang tidak konsisten. Untuk itu dilakukan perancangan ulang terhadap identitas merek Dapur Roti Bu Haryati dengan menggunakan metode branding dengan 5 tahap milik Alina Wheeler.
