Abstract

Penulis telah melaksanakan program kerja magang di Ganeshaidea lebih dari 800 jam. Ganeshaidea merupakan rumah produksi yang bekerja di bidang jasa. Ganeshaidea berfokus ke video digital yang akan diupload di platform digital seperti Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok, dan lainnya. Selain itu Ganeshaidea juga memproduksi TV Commercial yang akan ditayangkan di TV Nasional. Penulis mendapat kesempatan untuk bekerja magang di Ganeshaidea dan terjun langsung saat produksi. Penulis mendapat kesempatan menjadi editor dan langsung mengerjakan project kecil untuk video digital. Kesimpulan selama penulis bekerja magang yaitu, penulis dapat belajar dan mengasah hardskill hingga softskill dalam industri iklan. Dalam bekerja di industri kreatif ini, penulis juga mempelajari pentingnya kerja sama antar departemen, selain itu juga berkomunikasi antara departemen maupun client dan mencari solusi secara cepat bila terjadi masalah.
