Abstract

Penulis mendapatkan kesempatan mengerjakan video kolaborasi antara Freakout Media dengan brand Orang Tua yang berjudul AKAD. Sebagai seorang video editor, penulis harus memiliki pemahaman mengenai tahap editing dan konsep editing. Pemahaman penulis terhadap editing, penulis aplikasikan pada saat mengerjakan video kolaborasi tersebut. Terbatasnya penggunaan teknik kamera, membuat penulis memaksimalkan teknik editing pada video tersebut. Penulis menggunakan shot 3 dan shot 4 pada video tersebut, sebagai contoh penerapan teknik editing match cut. Teori yang penulis gunakan pada laporan ini ialah teori editing, offline editing, online editing, match cut, dan video promosi. Teknik match cut adalah salah satu teknik yang bisa digunakan untuk mencapai konsep seamless editing pada sebuah video.
