Abstract

Program Merdeka Belajar ­ Kampus Merdeka atau MBKM merupakan program yang dicetuskan oleh KEMENDIKBUD sejak akhir Januari 2020. Program MBKM bertujuan untuk menyiapkan mahasiswa untuk memasuki dunia industri atau dunia kerja. Melakukan kerja magang sebagai seorang videographer di KaneKin Creative mengharuskan penulis untuk berfikir kreatif dan terbiasa untuk berbicara dengan client serta model. KaneKin Creative terdiri dari tiga divisi, yaitu Kane Studio dan Kanekin X sebagai divisi marketing agency, dan Kinmoments sebagai divisi vendor foto dan video. Tentu saja program MBKM ini sangat melatih soft skill dan juga hard skill dari seorang videographer dalam bekerja. Soft skill dan hard skill seorang videographer bisa terasah dengan cara terjun langsung ke dalam industri.
