Abstract

Bloomy Salad Dressing merupakan industri rumahan yang dimiliki oleh Bartholomeus Pranandaru Winasis dimana lokasinya terletak di Jakarta Timur. Semua produk dijual dengan sistem pre order dan Tokopedia yang membuka pemesanan setiap hari. Produk didistribusikan oleh kurir pengiriman ke area Jakarta, Tangerang hingga luar daerah. Untuk platform promosi ada di Instagram dan Tokopedia sebagai platform penjualannya. Varian produknya ada Japanese Sesame seharga Rp65.000, Honey Mustard seharga Rp70.000, Spicy Thai seharga Rp45.000, Indian Spices seharga Rp70.000, Greek Caesar seharga Rp75.000 dan Korean Dressing seharga Rp70.000 Bloomy Salad Dressing menargetkan rata-rata penjualan harian total 18 botol, laba kotor harian diharapkan Rp456.573, pendapatan bersih harian diharapkan Rp275.700 dan periode breakeven point nya adalah 2 bulan atau 56 hari.
