Abstract

Pick & Pack adalah sebuah toko roti di daerah Jakarta yang sudah berdiri sejak tahun 2012. Salah satu keunikan dari Pick & Pack, yaitu menyediakan layanan custom produk, mulai dari roti, kue, dan varian lainnya. Selain itu, Pick & Pack juga menyediakan layanan urgent order. Pada saat awal berdiri, Pick & Pack lebih berfokus pada produk-produk bakerynya saja. Namun, kini Pick & Pack telah mengembangkan usahanya melalui inovasi-inovasi produk yang dilakukannya. Hal tersebut membuat konsep toko juga berubah menjadi bakery & cafe. Meskipun sudah berdiri cukup lama, namun identitas visual yang digunakan hingga saat ini belum memiliki karakteristik pembeda serta belum menampilkan keunikan dari brand Pick & Pack sendiri. Tidak adanya karakteristik serta keunikan pada identitas visual Pick & Pack tentunya dapat mempengaruhi brand awareness dan brand recognition. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu perancangan ulang identitas visual baru yang dapat membangun image yang tepat dan sesuai dengan brand Pick & Pack.
