Abstract

The internship was conducted at PT SuRE Indonesia in Finance && Accounting Department. During the internship the task that were done are vouching, joumnalizing, documentation of receipt and expense voucher, inputing subsidiaries joumnal, recapitulation of bank statement, inputing invoice to Microsoft Excel, recapitulation of advance payment, accounts receivables, accrued expense and employee liability, inputing SPT PPh 21, and e-billing. During the internship most of the task can be executed properly. There are some constraint found for examples, difficulties to classify the type of some transaction, lack of supporting document for some transactions and lack of MYOB systems speed used, and during the preparation of SPT PPh 2 I there are several taxpayer names that have not been registered in e-SPI. Early checking for the same transaction in the previous period on MY'OB can be done to resolve the difficulties in classify the type of some transaction. Check the supporting document in mltiple document folder in order to resolve the lack of supporting document for some tramsaction. The accounting software should be closed immadiately after the user is finished using the software to resoive the lack of MY'OB systems speed used. In order to resolve the several names that have not been registered in e- SPT, enter the personal taxpayer name, address and tax mumber mamally into e- SPT.
