Abstract

This intership are conducted at PT BPR Akasia Mas as accounting and tax staff. During the intership, there were 'e some task must be done. The main task were checking and set aside documents of customer who have not paid off and paid off, making transaction journal, filling evidence withholding for income tax (final, checking document of deposit, filling the form of deposits, checking credit file, calculating the deposit interest rate, calculating cash in and cash out, checking transaction joumal, stock opname, calculating subsidiary ledger, conduct an inventory of fixed assets of company, filling the report of deposit, check over the customer who did the extension of credit. During the intership all task can be penformed well. However, there were some problems while performing some task. For example, when checking credit file did not know the type of document. The solution is to ask the admin section of credit the type of document. When calculating subsidiary ledger, there is infornation o on subsidiary leager did not include the name of customer. The solution is to ask the admin section of credit the name of customer who did the transaction. When conduct an inventory of fired asset of company, information on the list of fix asset did not clear. The solution is asked the real list of fir assets. about Discrepancy berween the list of fix assets and the existing physical. The solution was to confin the general affairs section. When checking over the customer who did the extension of credit, the connection is disrupted. The solution was to do refresh on the IBS corebanking.
