Abstract

This internship working practices conducted at PI. BPR Akasia Mas as accounting and tax staff. During the internship, there were several tasks that must be done. The main task were making transaction journal, checking credit document of customer and separating the documents that have been fully paid and not fully paid, calculate mutation cash in and cash out, be a customer service, practicing Bi Checking, penforning stock opname of company supplies, conduct an inventory of fixed asset of companies, recalculating payment of interest with calculator, completing customer information on deposit form, completing customer information on income tax final article 4 paragraph (2), and write down the customers name who has been paid off. During the internship working practice, all task could be done well. However there were some problem while doing the task. For example, while combine the transaction evidence with slip bookkeeping that already journaled there was evidence about cash in and cash out that has not been found. The solution was before making and printout the journal make sure first that there was transaction evidence so the journal that recorded have all the transaction evidence. The second problem was when checking about credit history customer in the BI checking website, the internet connection is unstable. The solution was make sure that the antenna stand still, use add on fasterfox and change bandwith at windows. The third problem was while checking the company asset there was a few asset that can not be found. The solution was checking again about the asset physic and ask the person who use the asset for his responsibility or the asset that does not has physical form put into news and the internal control must know that.
