Abstract

The internship was conducted at Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) Madya Tangerang in Audit Section as a staff. During the internship the tasks were done such as make Surat Pengantar Nota Penghitungan, input data of tax audit command letter to SIDJP, input data of tax audit report to tax audit application, make disposition sheet, make list of Surat Pemberitahuan (SPT) return, input data of compensation tax debt to tax audit application, input data of tax payers nominative list to SIDJP, input data of Nota Penghitungan to SIDJP, and make number of tax audit letters. During the internship, most of tasks can be executed properly. There are some constraints found, for example bad connection of KPP Madya Tangerang intranet so need more time during data input. The solution is waiting data input process. Other constraint is not precise print format of Surat Pemberitahuan (SPT) which make number of Surat Pemberitahuan (SPT) not clear and can’t be inputted to the system. The solution is ask the SPT number to the supervisor. The disposition sheets of Microsoft Excel can’t be linked. The solution is type the data to disposition sheet manually. There is no Lembar Pengawasan Nota Penghitungan which used as reference in prepare Surat Pengantar Nota Penghitungan. The solution is ask to the concerned auditor to complete the document. In order to solve the above mentioned constraints, KPP Madya Tangerang must improve intranet connection, ensure precise print format of Surat Pemberitahuan (SPT), fix the Microsoft Excel formula, and ensure the completeness of audit report.
